Sunflowers in St Helens

Sunflowers in St Helens is inspired by the scene in our back yard during the summer. I thought the flowers reaching for the sun against the Lancashire red brick had much to offer as a composition.

Little Ingleborough?

This painting is a little more abstract, but I was attracted by the clouds above Ingleborough, which made the normally imposing peak look small.

The Church of the Holy Cross, Mwnt

This is a painting of the little church at Mwnt in South Wales. We visited here when on holiday. There is a beautiful beach there too.
